2011 Franc Five
Our Franc Five gets its name because the dominant grape is Cabernet Franc and it also derives from a combination of five Bordeaux varietals:
60% Cabernet Franc, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 6% Malbec, and
3% Petite Verdot. Blue fruits, chocolate and cloves are kissed by fresh, lifted acidity. Just the sort of character that makes for a perfectly balanced Bordeaux blend!

2011 Cabernet Franc
Blue fruits, black cherries, mocha and melted licorice slow dance together across the palate. Long and pure with layers of cassis and graphite on the finish.
A dusting of anise and cedar box on the nose, combined with a light note of honey, comes from the earthy characteristics of the Mourvedre. The dominant profile of the Syrah adds black raspberry fruit to the taste, with a touch of milk chocolate on the finish. Our 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon retains a freshness, with clarity and precision, rich and powerful with an impressively layered and long finish. Black cherry, raspberry, tobacco leaf with a dusting of French oak. Both powerful and graceful when decanted for a minimum of an hour. Serve at 58 degrees. Rich plum, coffee and chocolate characters.
